The suction jet dredger is a high-efficiency hydraulic sand mining equipment that loosens underwater sediments through high-pressure water jets and uses the negative pressure suction principle to transport the sediment mixture to the target area. It is widely used in dredging, mining, reclamation and other engineering fields.

Core working principle
Jet crushing system
The high-pressure water pump generates high-speed water flow, which is ejected through the nozzle to impact the riverbed/seabed,breaking and fluidizing the dense mud layer.

Negative pressure suction system

The centrifugal mud pump (flow range 100~5000m³/h) forms negative pressure at the sand suction pipe mouth and sucks the water-sand mixture into the pipeline.

Transportation system

The mud is transported to the onshore yard or transport ship through the floating pipe or sand discharge pipe, and the maximum transportation distance can reach 1~5km (depending on the power).
