Working Process

The jet suction gold dredger is an integrated equipment combining a jet suction boat and professional gold washing devices. The high-pressure water pump of the equipment sprays high-speed flowing water onto the sand-gold layer at the bottom of the water through the nozzle, making the sand-gold diffuse under force and mix with water to form a slurry with a certain concentration.

Driven by power, the pump in the cabin generates suction at the suction pipe inlet of the nozzle, thus pumping the sand-gold together with water upward. Then the slurry is delivered through pipelines to the gold separation system at the rear of the dredger by the pump. After passing through the pipeline flushing box, the mixed materials flow through two layers of gold washing sluices to separate gold from sand and water, obtaining the primary gold-selecting materials for further fine beneficiation on the shore.
