Working Process

The cutter suction gold dredger is an integrated equipment combining a cutter suction boat and professional gold washing devices. The front cutter head penetrates into the riverbed and rotates continuously to loosen and diffuse sand-gold materials. The loosened raw materials mix with water to form uniform slurry with stable concentration.

Driven by power, the internal pump generates strong suction at the inlet inside the cutter head, pumping the mixed sand, gold and water slurry upward. The slurry is then delivered through pipelines to the gold separation system at the rear of the dredger. After passing through the pipeline flushing box, the materials flow through two layers of gold washing sluices to separate gold particles from sand and water. The primarily separated gold materials are obtained for further fine beneficiation on the shore.
