Our gold washing plant is widely applicable for gold extraction from paleochannel, paleo-riverbed, alluvial placer and ball mill tailings. It can also separate diamond and zirconium from raw ore.

If raw ore contains high iron content, iron ore shall be removed first by magnetic separator, then gold, diamond and zirconium can be concentrated effectively. Otherwise, the separation performance will be greatly reduced.

This mining unit consists of multiple gravity concentrators. It features a high concentration ratio up to 1:1000, with gold recovery rate reaching around 90% after multi-stage separation.

Advantages of Pulsating Sluice Box

Higher gold recovery efficiency, especially ideal for fine particle gold, with recovery rate of 85%–90%.
Ordinary sluice box only works well for large-size gold, while it is hard to capture fine and flake gold.
The pulsating design creates strong water turbulence via grid steel bars and holes, effectively avoiding raw ore hardening.
It prolongs the separation time of gold from sand and stone, greatly improving the recovery effect of fine and flake gold.
