Operational Workflow
  1. Positioning: Lower the main positioning pile to fix the ship position.
  2. Lower the bridge: Lower the bridge with the reamer head to the predetermined excavation depth.
  3. Start the system: Start the mud pump and reamer drive.
  4. Transverse excavation: By retracting and releasing the transverse anchor cable, the hull swings left and right around the positioning pile. During the swinging process, the rotating reamer head cuts the bottom material, and the mud pump sucks it in simultaneously.
  5. Forward feed: After completing excavation of a fan-shaped strip, retract the positioning pile and use a winch or thruster to move the entire ship forward.
  6. Repeat operation: Repeat steps 2-5 until the entire operation area is completed.
  7. Mud transportation: The sucked mud is continuously transported to the discharge point through the mud discharge pipeline.
