The jet suction sand pumping vessel is a dredging equipment that uses high-pressure water flow to flush the silt and pumps the silt to a designated location through negative pressure suction. It combines hydraulic flushing and suction technology and is suitable for sand mining and dredging operations in shallow waters, rivers, lakes and other environments.

Working Principle
The core working principle of the suction sand pumping vessel includes two key steps:

(1) High-pressure jet flushing
The vessel is equipped with a high-pressure water pump, which sprays high-speed water through the nozzle to impact the silt on the riverbed or seabed, loosening it and suspending it in the water.

This flushing method is more efficient than pure mechanical excavation and is particularly suitable for soft silt layers.

(2) Negative pressure suction
Using a centrifugal pump or mud pump to generate negative pressure, the suspended silt is mixed with water into mud,and then sucked into the cabin or transported to the shore through the sand pumping pipe.

Some equipment is also equipped with silt separation devices (such as vibrating screens and cyclones) to improve the purity of the sand.
