Jet Suction sand pumping ship, also known as impact-suction sand pumping ship, is a kind of water operation equipment

that uses high-pressure water jet to impact riverbed sediment, and then uses vacuum suction to suck the mud and transport

it to the target location. It is widely used in river dredging, port silt removal, land reclamation, sand mining and other fields,

with the characteristics of high efficiency, flexibility and low investment cost.

Working principle
Suction system: The hull is equipped with a high-power centrifugal pump to form a vacuum in the pipeline, and the mixture of silt and water (mud) is sucked in through the suction head or auger.

Auger device (key component): The rotating auger cuts and stirs the sediment on the riverbed or seabed to make it suspended for easy suction.

Transportation system: The mud is pumped to the mud discharge area (such as the reclamation area or mud transport ship) through the pipeline, and some designs can be discharged directly to the shore.

Main structural components
Hull platform:
Steel or pontoon structure, providing a stable working platform, equipped with power system, control room and storage cabin.

High-pressure water pump unit:
Provides high-pressure water source required for jet flow, and the pressure can usually reach 0.5-2.5MPa.

Sand pumping system:
High-power centrifugal pump, responsible for the suction and transportation of mud.

Sand transport pipeline:
Wear-resistant rubber or steel pipe, the length can be extended to several kilometers according to demand.

Control system:
Automated operating console, adjusts jet pressure, sand pumping speed and ship positioning.
