Working Principle
The working principle of the cutter suction dredger is based on mechanical cutting and hydraulic transportation.

The sediments such as sand and rocks on the bottom of the water are cut and crushed by the rotating cutter  device, and mixed with water to form mud. Then, the suction generated by the mud pump on the ship is used  to suck the mud through the mud suction pipe, and then transported to the designated location through the  mud discharge pipe, such as the yard on the shore or other storage areas.
